The Firm provides civil, tax and administrative advice to non-profit organizations, assisting clients in the establishment of entities, associations, foundations and other non-profit organizations, supporting them from the start-up stage through to recognition of legal personality and, where applicable, registration in the relevant register.
RASS also provides advice and assistance in drafting articles of association, contractual documents and internal regulations, procedures for recognition of legal personality, registration in professional lists and registers (ONLUS, NGOs, voluntary organizations, social promotion associations and sports associations), and management of employment relationships.
