OUR EXPERTISE
Our Litigation Department consists of a team of lawyers specialized in dispute resolution, assisting clients before ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings, as well as in ADR procedures.
The team’s experience and professionalism have been developed through many years of practice, including before the Highest Courts (Court of Cassation, Council of State and Constitutional Court), as well as through continuous professional training, including attendance at specialist courses.
The team covers all areas of civil, commercial and administrative law handled by the Firm. In particular: corporate law, commercial contracts, business crisis and insolvency law, industrial property, product liability, professional and medical liability, damages claims, with a particular focus on insurance litigation, an area in which RASS has developed consolidated experience assisting leading international insurance companies.
The services provided by the Litigation Department include:
- management of pre-litigation matters and risk assessment
- assistance in ordinary and special judicial proceedings, domestic and international arbitration proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution procedures
- assistance during the enforcement of judgments, arbitral awards and mediation agreements
- assistance in negotiations aimed at the out-of-court and judicial settlement of disputes.
The Firm also provides assistance in situations requiring the immediate availability of specialized resources and, for this purpose, relies on an extensive network of correspondents and experts throughout Italy and abroad, as well as collaborating with professionals capable of providing qualified technical support to the defense.
