RASS assists industrial operators in preparing, negotiating and managing contractual arrangements designed to secure the financial resources required for business activities.
The activity is carried out in the following areas:
- negotiation and drafting of loan and credit facility agreements, including syndicated facilities arranged in a “pool” by banking consortia operating with a bank agent
- assistance in the legal structuring and selection of security interests, whether in rem and/or personal, in favour of financing institutions
- sale of business assets subject to retention of title or repurchase agreements
- financial collateral agreements pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 170/2004
- real estate mortgage transactions
- pledges over movable business assets and patto marciano arrangements
- sureties, credit mandates and independent guarantees
- assistance in participating in the ELITE programme of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
- assistance in listing procedures on regulated markets or multilateral trading facilities managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
