Focus China
RASS, in collaboration with PKF and Avv. Matteo Cicero (of Counsel), has established a Focus China team with the aim of providing integrated legal and tax services in cross-border transactions between Italy and China.
The assistance is aimed both at Italian companies interested in investing in China or establishing commercial relationships with China, and at Chinese entities interested in investing in Italy.
The Focus China team has in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Chinese market and of trade between the two countries, as well as extensive experience in cross-border transactions. It is therefore able to meet all types of requirements, including in relation to investment opportunities in China and Italy.
In particular, the services cover, from both a legal and tax perspective:
- inbound-outbound investments from China
- Corporate: establishment of companies in Italy/China, M&A transactions, Due Diligence
- distribution, agency and commercial cooperation agreements
- import-export: support in importing from and exporting to China
- immigration law: Elective Residence Visa, Investor Visa, Italian Citizenship
