Avv. Marco De Leo
Marco is an Equity Partner at RASS in the Milan office and specializes in M&A, corporate law, extraordinary transactions, commercial and international law and contracts. He has completed his education with specialist courses, including a course in Corporate Finance at Università Commerciale Bocconi, Milan. He has been admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and higher courts since 2014.
Marco joined RASS in 1996, gaining extensive and significant experience and expertise in business law, M&A and Private Equity transactions, having assisted numerous Italian and foreign clients, financial investors (private and institutional) and industrial groups in acquisitions, mergers, demergers, contributions in kind, and business transfers, as well as in extraordinary and financial transactions in general.
In the field of commercial contracts, he advises Italian and foreign clients across various industrial, retail and food sectors, with a particular focus on distribution, agency and franchising agreements.
