RASS Studio Legale providES support, among other matters, in the acquisition and sale of betting shops and retail outlets, affiliation arrangements, as well as relationships with suppliers and customers.
In particular, the Betting & Gaming Department has developed specific expertise in providing legal assistance for the opening of new gaming outlets and shops, in the slot machine and other amusement equipment sector (pursuant to Article 110, paragraph 6 of TULPS), as well as in regulations concerning online gaming.
