Prof. Avv. Sandro Nardi
Sandro is Of Counsel at RASS. He is Professor of Private Law at the University of Foggia, where he also teaches Family Law and Private Law of Information. He specializes in inheritance law, with particular focus on generational business succession, as well as real estate law and civil liability. He has been admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and higher courts since 2013.
Sandro began his collaboration with RASS in 2026. He has developed specific expertise in inheritance law (mortis causa succession), family and personal law, contract law, and civil liability, assisting clients in judicial, arbitral, and out-of-court proceedings.
He serves as Judge of the First Instance Tribunal of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. He is a senior arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court and is also listed as an arbitrator with various arbitration chambers.
He is the author of numerous publications, including monographs, essays, and shorter writings covering all areas of civil law, and has been a speaker at national and international conferences.
