Avv. Ilaria Placanica
Ilaria is Of Counsel at RASS and has been working with the Administrative Law team at the Milan office since 2021. She graduated from the University of Milan with a dissertation on European Administrative Law and has specialised in public procurement law since her time as a trainee solicitor. Over the years, she has acquired solid expertise in various areas of administrative law, providing advice and assistance in both out-of-court and court proceedings to private individuals, businesses and public authorities.
Ilaria provides advice and assistance to Italian and foreign clients in relation to their participation in tendering procedures for public contracts and concessions, in any related litigation, and during the contract implementation phase; she also provides advice and assistance to public authorities, both during the public tender phase and during the contract implementation phase.
She has also gained significant experience in the field of expropriation for public purposes, assisting individuals and businesses in determining fair compensation and resolving issues arising from interference.
She also deals with public competitions, town planning and construction, environmental law, and proceedings before independent administrative authorities (in particular ANAC and AGCM), providing advice and assistance to both private individuals and public authorities, both during the procedural phase and in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts.
In her spare time, Ilaria enjoys travelling, reading and going for long walks in the fresh air.
