Avv. Egidio Rinaldi
Egidio Rinaldi was Partner of Avv. Alberto Montanari at Studio Montanari e Rinaldi (1986–1995), and previously at Studio Legale Bisconti (1967–1986). In 1995, together with Avv. P. Franco Groppi, Maria Rosa Galletti, and Pier Carlo Fresta, he founded Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati.
Throughout his long professional career, which began prior to 1964 at the law offices of his grandfather and father, Egidio Rinaldi has applied his experience across nearly all areas of legal practice. He has represented Italian and foreign clients in civil proceedings, in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) both in Italy and abroad, and has participated in national and international arbitration proceedings both as arbitrator and counsel.
He has also worked extensively in corporate law, serving Italian and foreign companies as director or statutory auditor; he has participated in the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts, including those relating to the formation, acquisition, merger, and disposal of companies, businesses, and consortia, as well as in activities concerning the exploration, extraction, and development of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons. In addition, he has experience in banking and financial law, insolvency law, administrative law, private international law, and legislation concerning hydrocarbons, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
