Avv. Andrea Lazzaretti
Andrea is an Equity Partner at RASS, where he heads the Rome office and coordinates the IP/IT department. He graduated with honors from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and completed his education with an LL.M. in Information and Communication Law at Queen Mary University of London, as well as further academic and specialist programs at ICADE (Madrid), Università Bocconi, Temple University, and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. He has been admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione and higher courts since 2014.
Andrea began his collaboration with RASS in 1995, gaining significant experience in extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganizations (also in the context of charities).
Among other activities, he advises international firms and operators, in particular insurance companies, in the management and resolution of complex disputes (notably major claims) and in judicial and arbitration proceedings.
Andrea has also held positions in corporate bodies and advisory boards, contributing to governance and to the definition of growth and internationalization strategies. He has carried out academic activities, including teaching for Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre – Memento Academy on business contracts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, and he is the author of publications on product liability, digital regulation, and entertainment law.
Alongside his legal practice, Andrea is passionate about swimming, competing with SS Lazio Nuoto and participating in official pool and open water competitions.
