Dott. Ezequiel N. Mendieta
Ezequiel joined RASS in October 2025. Admitted as Abogado in Argentina, he graduated in Law from the University of Buenos Aires and obtained a Specialisation in Civil Liability and a Specialisation in Constitutional Law, both from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as a Master’s Degree in Consumer Law and Economics from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. He has developed extensive professional and academic experience in private law, civil liability and consumer protection law.
In Argentina, Ezequiel practised law as founding partner of a law firm and gained significant experience within the Argentine judicial system, having served before the Contentious Administrative, Tax and Consumer Relations Court of Appeal of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires as Clerk and Judicial Officer. He has also taught civil and commercial obligations, theory of the State and market regulatory law at several Argentine universities, including the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
Ezequiel is the author of more than forty scientific publications in the fields of consumer law, civil liability and comparative private law, published in leading Argentine and international legal journals. He has also participated as speaker at numerous conferences and seminars.
