Avv. Sergio Sisia
Sergio is a Non-Equity Partner at RASS, with whom he has been collaborating since 1995, assisting Italian and foreign clients mainly in civil litigation, arbitration proceedings, and enforcement and insolvency procedures. He has gained significant litigation experience in assisting companies in contractual matters, as well as in matters concerning directors, with particular reference to liability actions. He has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since 2007.
Sergio currently collaborates with Giuffrè thematic legal portals in the areas of corporate crisis and insolvency law, in the sections “Giurisprudenza commentata” and “Quesiti operativi”, for which he has written numerous articles since 2018, as well as with the thematic portal “Diritto e giustizia”.
