Avv. Mariarosaria Ligurgo
Mariarosaria is an Associate at RASS and collaborates with the Labour department in the Milan office. She graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and assists companies and employees in the out-of-court management of all key stages of the employment relationship: from its establishment through to the most delicate phase of termination, both in cases of individual dismissal and collective redundancies.
Mariarosaria has been collaborating with RASS since 2020, after having worked for several years as an employment lawyer in the labour law departments of leading law firms in Rome.
She advises Italian and international clients on employment law matters, with particular reference to employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, settlement agreements, non-compete covenants, and changes to employment conditions.
She provides legal assistance to leading Italian and foreign companies in the industrial and commercial sectors, with particular focus on the tertiary, food, metalworking, and chemical industries.
Mariarosaria also assists clients in litigation matters, providing support across various areas of employment law, including agency relationships, employment contracts, unfair dismissal claims (individual and collective), management of executive relationships, as well as disputes relating to harassment (mobbing), trade union law, and collective bargaining. She also provides assistance in liability actions pursuant to Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code.
In her free time, Mariarosaria enjoys cooking and spending time with friends; she is also passionate about yoga and tennis.
