Avv. Luca Forcini

Luca is an Associate at RASS, where he has been based in the firm’s Rome office since 2018 as a member of the Corporate and M&A team. He graduated with the highest honours from Roma Tre University and subsequently earned an LL.M. in Business Law for Foreign Lawyers from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, graduating among the top students in the programme. Luca has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2021 and is a member of the Rome Bar Association.

Luca advises domestic and international clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and civil litigation.

As part of the Corporate and M&A team, he regularly assists companies operating across a range of industries, including leading Italian businesses in the plant-based food, motorway catering, and IT services sectors. He has also been involved in significant M&A transactions, including major investments in the technology and MarTech industries.

In addition, Luca advises innovative businesses and start-ups from their incorporation through the development and growth of their operations.

Alongside his legal practice, Luca is Co-founder and Vice President of SconfiniAmo, an association dedicated to promoting gender equality and preventing violence against women.

He has also delivered legal education programmes at a Juvenile Detention Institute in Rome, contributing to initiatives focused on constitutional rights and entrepreneurship.
