Avv. Laura Stanga
Laura joined RASS in 2010 and is a Senior Associate. She assists Italian and foreign clients mainly in litigation proceedings before Italian Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. She also provides assistance to companies, public entities and insurance companies (Italian and foreign) in the areas of industrial law, insurance law and civil liability, offering advice both in litigation and contractual matters.
Laura has also gained significant experience in the field of industrial law, both in the protection of intellectual property rights and unfair competition matters, representing Italian and foreign companies in ordinary and interim proceedings. She assists clients in the enforcement phase of judgments, arbitral awards and mediation agreements, as well as in judicial and out-of-court debt recovery proceedings.
Laura is passionate about dance and enjoys travelling.

- Training course in 2017: secondment at the litigation department of the law firm Kennedys Law LLP, London

She was a speaker at the Ninth Conference on Clinical and Forensic Traumatology – 16th Course in Orthopaedics, Traumatology and Legal Medicine – held on 23-24 November 2018 in Salsomaggiore Terme (PR), with a presentation on “Compensability of Costs Related to Rehabilitation Treatment and Technical Aids in Cases of Severe Injury”.
She held Giuffrè training courses in 2018 and 2020 on agency agreements and directors’ and statutory auditors’ liability arising from mismanagement in limited liability companies (S.r.l.).
