Avv. Giulia Ciardo
Giulia is an Associate at RASS, where she works, at the Rome office, within the Corporate and Commercial Law and Data Protection and Privacy team, with a particular focus on business contracts, civil litigation, and M&A transactions. She graduated from the University of Trento in 2023 and has been admitted to the Bar since 2025.
Giulia began her collaboration with RASS in 2023, developing, over the course of her experience, expertise in extraordinary transactions (including within the charities sector) and in personal data protection and privacy matters.
Alongside her legal practice, Giulia enjoys sports, regularly practicing kickboxing, volleyball, and beach volleyball, which positively influence her approach to work through discipline and team spirit.
