Avv. Ester Luisa Scordo
Ester is an Equity Partner at RASS, where she coordinates the Labour department from the Milan office. She graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano and has developed extensive experience in employment law and industrial relations, with a particular focus on individual and collective dismissals, workforce reduction procedures, business transfers, and corporate reorganization and restructuring processes.
Since joining RASS in 2012, she has advised Italian and multinational companies on employment relationships, both in ordinary management and in critical and litigation scenarios, providing strategic support in defining HR policies and managing related issues. She also has significant experience in social security schemes and relations with trade unions.
She deals with the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies, as well as employment-related compliance aspects, supporting the implementation of procedures and corporate practices consistent with the applicable regulatory framework.
She also assists companies in managing employment compliance matters, with particular reference to labour regulations, supporting the implementation of procedures and corporate practices aligned with the regulatory framework.
In her free time, Ester enjoys traveling and has a strong interest in art and music; she is also passionate about sports and particularly enjoys long walks outdoors.
