Avv. Daniela Carafa
After graduating cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Daniela joined RASS in 2001, while simultaneously attending a postgraduate specialization course in corporate, bankruptcy and commercial law at Università Commerciale Bocconi. Currently, in addition to practising as a non-equity partner of the Firm, Daniela assists the Goodyear group in Italy as Senior Legal Counsel Italy.
Over the years, Daniela has developed extensive experience in commercial law, handling corporate secretarial matters and participating in extraordinary M&A and restructuring transactions on behalf of Italian and international clients, whom she also assists in the drafting and negotiation of various types of agreements.
Daniela has also gained significant expertise in environmental law, assisting clients with both civil and administrative matters and providing support in authorization procedures, the drafting of environmental risk insurance policies, and appeals against sanctions and measures issued by public authorities.
Daniela also assists Italian and international clients in the delivery of specific courses on Ethics and Compliance.
In her free time, Daniela enjoys reading and travelling by camper van.
