Avv. Alessia Scimia
Alessia is an Associate at RASS, where she works in the Rome office with the Civil and Commercial Law team, assisting Italian and international clients primarily in civil, commercial and insurance litigation, as well as enforcement and insolvency proceedings. She graduated in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2010 and subsequently obtained, in 2012, the Postgraduate Specialization Diploma in Legal Professions from the SSPL of the University of Rome La Sapienza. She has been admitted to practice law since 2014.
Alessia began her collaboration with RASS in 2021, where she has gained significant experience in the management and resolution of disputes relating to civil liability and insurance law, providing both advisory and litigation assistance to Italian and foreign companies.
She also advises on debt recovery matters and alternative dispute resolution proceedings (mediation and assisted negotiation).
Alongside her legal practice, Alessia enjoys reading, travelling and trekking.
