Avv. Marco Griguolo
Marco is a lawyer admitted to the Milan Bar Association and, since 2024, has been Of Counsel at RASS. Marco provides judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance in criminal law matters, with a particular focus on corporate criminal law, administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (D.Lgs. 231/2001) and, more generally, corporate and tax criminal law.
Marco has developed specific expertise in environmental crimes, crimes against the public administration, insurance litigation, and transport law. He has also collaborated with the Criminal Court and the Civil Court of Milan, supporting judicial activities in matters concerning corporate, bankruptcy and tax crimes, professional services agreements, franchising, unjust enrichment, and civil liability.
Marco also assists Chinese and Saudi individuals and entities interested in investing in Italy, as well as Italian companies seeking to invest in China and Saudi Arabia and/or establish commercial relationships with these countries. In this field, he has gained significant experience in Immigration Wealth Management matters, with particular reference to migration and investment policies applicable to foreign nationals in Italy, including the Elective Residence Visa and Investor Visa programmes.
Marco provides specialised judicial and extrajudicial assistance across all areas of criminal law, with particular emphasis on corporate criminal law, environmental law, crimes against the public administration, and administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (D.Lgs. 231/2001). He has also advised companies and private individuals with interests in the Chinese market and in the management of international corporate transactions.
Prior to joining RASS, he collaborated with several Milan-based law firms, where he assisted leading insurance companies in civil litigation and further developed expertise in national and supranational end-of-life legal issues. He has also worked on environmental crimes, property crimes, crimes against the person, transport law, and insurance law.
Alongside his legal practice, Marco holds various institutional and association roles. Since November 2025, he has served as President of METREX – The Network of European Metropolitan Regions and Areas. Since March 2023, he has been a Metropolitan Councillor of the Metropolitan City of Milan, with responsibility for Infrastructure, and Chairman of the Anti-Mafia Commission. Since 2020, he has served as a City Councillor of the City of Segrate and Vice-Chairman of the Territorial Planning Commission. Since January 2019, he has also acted as legal counsel and member of the Executive Board of WikiMafia – Libera Enciclopedia sulle Mafie.
