Avv. Chiara Perrone
Chiara is a Senior Associate at RASS and a member of the Data Protection and IP/IT practice, based in the Rome office. She graduated in Law from the University of Bari and further specialised in data protection.
Chiara began her collaboration with RASS in 2012 and has built significant experience in privacy and data protection law, with particular expertise in data breach management, proceedings before the Italian Data Protection Authority and the civil courts, as well as intellectual property law. Chiara advises Italian and international clients across a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, information technology, insurance and the food and agri-business sectors.
In addition, she has significant experience in commercial contracts, corporate law and civil litigation and provides ongoing legal support to companies on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.
Chiara has also served as Data Protection Officer for companies operating in the Italian market.
Outside her legal practice, she enjoys experimenting with creative cuisine and travelling to discover cultures through their culinary traditions.
