A new cooperation starts between the Italian and the Turkish firm with the creation of a desk to represent the partner in the respective offices, in order to assist the businesses in their cross-border operations between Italy and Turkey.
Milan, September 21, 2021 – RASS Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati is proud to announce a new cooperation with Kesikli Law Firm, based in Istanbul and specialised in business law, aimed at setting up a desk in the respective offices of Roma and Istanbul. By this partnership RASS is willing to offer assistance to the Italian businesses looking at the Turkish market, while Kesikli will support though RASS the Turkish enterprises active on the Italian market.
For several years RASS Law Firm has been looking at the Mediterranean Countries as a unique opportunity of growth for the Italian businesses, and Turkey is not only an important commercial partner but also one of the Countries with the greater presence of Italian enterprises.
