P.FRANCO GROPPI
Franco Groppi, founding Partner of Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS since 1995, with a background at the Law Firm Studio Montanari e Rinaldi and Studio Legale Bisconti, with offices in Milan, Rome, London and New York.
During his professional activity, he has always provided legal assistance and advice to entrepreneurs and companies, with special focus on international operations and on the acquisitions/transfers of companies/enterprises, joint ventures and cooperation between enterprises, tenders and other commercial agreements. He represented Italian and foreign clients in civil cases and he took part in national and international arbitrations. He dealt with corporate law and assisted Italian and foreign companies as a director or auditor. He also focused on finance and banking law, bankruptcy law, IP law and private international law.
Since 2018 he has been working as ‘of counsel’ at the Law Firm.

- University Degree in Law (1973) at the University of Turin,
- Assistant professor in Private International Law for Prof. Edoardo Vitta, University of Turin (1973-1978),
- Admitted to practice (1975),
- Annual professional experience at several Law Firms in Paris (1978).
