AVV. MARIAROSARIA LIGURGO
Mariarosaria Ligurgo joined RASS- Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati in 2020 and is part of the Labour & Industrial Relations Law Department.
She has a broad experience in labour out-of-Court assistance in favour of corporations, advising on the most relevant aspects of labour relationship management, from the initial employment to disciplinary measures and up to the sensitive process of dismissal, both individual and collective. She also gained experience in transfer of businesses and/or their relevant branches. She deals with the preparation and implementation of company welfare plans.
She also represents and assists corporations and workers in proceedings before Conciliation Committees and in judicial proceedings before the Courts.

- Postgraduate Specialisation for Legal Professions (2014)
- Admitted to the practice (2016)
- Advanced Course in Corporate Law at the University of Milan (2020)
