AVV. SOFIA ZUFFI

Sofia Zuffi joined RASS – Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati in 2012. She assists Italian and foreign clients primarily in the field of Corporate Law and Corporate Compliance (with a focus on entities’ administrative liability pursuant to the Legislative Decree no.231 of 2001), by collaborating in the arrangement, update and implementation of Organizational, Management and Control models, business conduct policies, training programs on Ethics & Compliance, and by providing assistance to Supervisory Bodies and company managers.

In addition, she has accrued extensive experience with extraordinary transactions and company reorganization operations (mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) as well as with contract law.

Education and qualifications: 

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with specialization in “Corporate, Financial Markets and Competition Law”, Bocconi University in Milan (2012)
• Admitted to practice (2015)
• ‘Expert of Model 231 Design’ Master degree (‘IPSOA’ 2015-2016)
