AVV. SERGIO SISIA

Sergio Sisia joined Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS in 1995. He assists Italian and foreign clients mainly in the field of civil litigations, arbitration procedures and executive and bankruptcy procedures, since he has accrued extensive trial experience while assisting companies in the contract field and to the benefit of directors with special reference to liability actions.

He collaborated to the drawing up of each of the first three editions of ‘Il Formulario Commentato dei Contratti’ by Prof. Francesco Macario and cared for company rental contracts and conventional seizure from 2011 to 2018, in addition to taking part in training courses on civil trials organized by several entities, such as the District Office of magistrates in charge of decentralized training at the Court of Appeal of Milan and the Council of the Milan Bar Association. He took part in the Specialisation Master Degree of Il Sole 24Ore in 2013, entitled ‘Nuove procedure concorsuali nella gestione della crisi d’impresa’, and later participated in additional training courses following the evolution of the legislative changes in the field of bankruptcy law. He has taken part in the IBA Conference Insolvency since 2000. He is currently collaborating with the theme portal Giuffrè on corporate crisis and bankruptcy law in the sections ‘Giurisprudenza commentata’ (Comments on the Law) and ‘Quesiti operativi’ (Operating Questions).

In 2006, he participated in the Private International Law course at The Hague Academy of International Law.
