AVV. MARTINA COMASCHI

Martina Comaschi joined RASS – Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati in 2012. She assists Italian and foreign clients in the field of Commercial Law, by advising the clients on a day-by-day basis on all issues related to commercial contracts and specially in relation to distribution, franchising and agency agreements, as well as to Consumer Protection and e-commerce.

In addition, she has accrued extensive experience in the field of Privacy, Data Processing and Personal Data Protection.

She also deals with extraordinary and company reorganization operations (mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, divestitures).

Education and qualifications:

• Doctor in Jurisprudence Degree, Università Statale degli Studi in Milan (2011)
• Admitted to practice (2016)
