AVV. MARIA ROSA GALLETTI
Maria Rosa Galletti is a founding partner of the Law Firm Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS. She is in charge of the Litigation Department and she is highly specialised in managing civil litigations both in court and out of court and in alternative dispute resolution through arbitration.
She regularly assists Italian and foreign companies as regards medical/health liability and product liability, particularly concerning drugs and medical devices, and as regards insurance and re-insurance, the directors’, auditors’ and general directors’ liability.
In addition, she boasts extensive experience in the management of disputes in the field of environmental law, property law and corporate law in general.

- During the academic years 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 she was appointed by Prof. Maria Costanza, professor of Private Law Institutions, to hold seminars on civil law for the students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Pavia.
