Laura Stanga joined Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS in 2010. She assists Italian and foreign clients mostly in the field of litigations in front of Italian Tribunals and Courts, and during arbitrations and ADR.
In addition, she assists firms, public entities and insurance companies (both in Italy and abroad) as regards insurance law and third-party liability, by advising both in court and in the contractual field.
In addition, she accrued considerable experience in the field of industrial law, both in the protection of patent rights and unfair competition, by defending Italian and foreign companies in ordinary and preventive courts.
She assists clients during the execution of rulings, arbitration awards and mediation agreements, and for credit recovery both in court and out of court.
She has also completed a secondment at the Litigations Department of the Law Firm Kennedys Law LLP, London.
