Ester Luisa Scordo joined Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS in 2012. She assists Italian and foreign clients mostly in court and out of court in the fields of labour law. She has gained extensive experience on all the aspects of labour law: management of working relationships, union relations, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals and due diligence during reorganization and M&A operations.
She has also accrued solid experience in the drawing up of labour contracts for top managers, including non-competition agreements, stability agreements and, in general, within the field of employee fidelization tools and in the drawing up of autonomous and agency collaboration contracts.
She boasts ample experience in the court field since she represented national and international companies operating in different sectors, such as industry, trade, large distribution, banking and financial institutions, pharma sector, and IT field.
Education and qualifications:
- University Degree in Law at the University of Milan in 2003.
- Admitted to practice (2011)
