AVV. EGIDIO RINALDI

Egidio Rinaldi established the Law Firm Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS with Lawyers P. Franco Groppi, Maria Rosa Galletti and Pier Carlo Fresta back in 1995, after being a Partner of Avv. Alberto Montanari at the Law Firm Studio Montanari e Rinaldi (1986 – 1995) and, before, a Partner at Studio Legale Bisconti (1967 – 1986).

During his long professional career that had started even before the year 1964 at his grandfather’s and father’s Law Firms, Egidio Rinaldi has always put his extensive experience to the service of the Law Firm and of the clients in all sectors of the professional activity. He represented both Italian and foreign clients in civil cases and in procedures in front of the Antitrust Authorities, in Italy and abroad. He took part in national and international arbitrations both as an arbitrator and as a defence counsel. In addition, he also dealt with corporate law and served Italian and foreign companies as a director or auditor. He participated in the negotiation, drawing up and execution of agreements, including those related to the establishment, acquisition, merger, transfer of companies, enterprises, consortia, as well as in relation to prospection, research and exploitation of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons. Moreover, he dealt with finance and banking law, bankruptcy law, administrative law, private international law and legislation concerning liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons, drugs and medical devices.

Education and qualifications:

• University degree in law, cum laude (1961), at the University of Catania;
• Admitted to practice (1964);
• Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
