AVV. DANIELA CARAFA

Daniela Carafa joined Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS in 2001. Throughout the years, she has accrued a solid experience in the different fields of corporate law and as concerns extraordinary M&A and company reorganization operations to the benefit of national and international clients, whom she assists during the drawing up and negotiation of different types of commercial agreements too. In addition, she has accrued specific skills in the environmental field by assisting clients during the settlement of environmental questions regarding administrative profiles and by providing assistance in the authorization procedures, in the drawing up of insurance policies against environmental risk and in oppositions to sanctions and measures issued by the public administration. Moreover, she assisted national and international clients during specific Ethics & Compliance courses.

Education and qualifications:

• LUISS University, Rome, University Degree in Law, cum laude, 1994
• Admitted to practice (1997)
• Assistant professor in Criminal Law at the University of Lecce, Faculty of Law, (1997-1998),
• Bocconi University, Milan (Post-Graduate Course in Corporate Law, Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Law (2001)
