Cosimo Di Bitonto joined Studio Legale Rinaldi e Associati – RASS in 2006. He assists Italian and foreign clients both in court and out of court as regards Inheritance Law (‘inter-generational transfer’ of family assets), Property Law, Contract Law (Business contracts and M&A transactions, even for private equity/venture capital operators), Corporate Law (extraordinary transactions; strategic alliances; corporate finance; SMEs and ‘innovative start-ups’), Bankruptcy Law (scheme of arrangements as a bargain alternative to bankruptcy).

Since 2002, he has been an adjunct professor and tutor at the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions at the University of Foggia, course in Civil Law and Commercial Law.
