AVV. ANDREA LAZZARETTI

Andrea Lazzaretti is in charge of the IT&IP Department. He obtained a master degree (LLM) at Queen Mary & Westfield College University in London and a post-graduate specialisation degree at Bocconi University in Milan. Andrea and his team have been providing assistance to the Firm’s clients during M&A operations, both public and private tender procedures (including project finance operations), and during the related litigations. They assist larger firms and/or insurance companies during controversies regarding contractual and extra-contractual liability, damage originating from a product, employee liability and occupational diseases and pollution. Andrea is a member of APPI, LES and INTA and a Fellow of the Center for International Legal Studies and of the International Institute for Law and Medicine in Salzburg.
