The Litigation office consists of a team of lawyers specialised in disputes before Italian Courts and Tribunals, and in domestic and international arbitrations and ADR procedures.
The team’s experience and professional standing have been gained thanks to long-term practice, also before the Supreme Courts, and after attending several specialisation courses.
The team covers all litigation areas related to civil, commercial and administrative law, covered by the Fir. Particularly: corporate law; commercial agreements; bankruptcy, industrial and insurance law; liability for defective products; professional and health liability; compensation for damage.

- The management of relations in pre-litigation phase and risk assessment;
- The assistance during both ordinary and special court procedures, during arbitrations (both national and international), and ADR procedures;
